We, the congregation of Forestville United Methodist Church (FUMC), affirm that ALL people are created in the image of God and as beloved children of God, all are worthy of the love and grace of God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.

We affirm that all of God's children are invited and welcomed to join our church community, celebrating all genders, sexual orientation, gender identities, races, classes, ethnicities, creeds, mental and physical abilities, marital status, personal and/or societal concerns, or ages.

We welcome the full inclusion of all people in the life and ministries of FUMC. We proclaim in this statement a welcome to all people and invite them to join us in our faith journey toward greater love, understanding, and mutual respect. Through our diversity, we believe all can grow and practice a unity of faith that transcends our differences, as we journey toward reconciliation through Christ Jesus.
